CALI + HI PHOTOGRAPHY

30-minute mini session is $250. You will receive an online gallery with a minimum of 35 images.

60-minute session with one wardrobe change is $350.  You will receive an online gallery with a minimum of 50 images.

Engagement + Wedding package begins at $3000. We include our starting wedding package as well as our 30-minute engagement session.

An engagement booking requires a 50% non-refundable retainer.

Engagement + Wedding package requires a 50% non-refundable retainer for bookings and must be paid prior to engagement photoshoot.

All engagement galleries are edited and print ready. Delivery of engagement online galley is 3-4 weeks. All images in the gallery are inclusive of the session.

30-minute maternity session is $250. You will receive an online gallery with a minimum of 35 images. 

60-minute maternity session is $350. You will receive a minimum of 50 images.

Maternity + Newborn package includes a 30-minute maternity session and a newborn session for $700. The maternity session a minimum of 35 digital images edited and print ready 3-4 weeks from photoshoot date. The newborn session is a minimum of 35 digital images edited and print ready 4-6 weeks from newborn session.

A Maternity session booking requires a 50% non-refundable retainer.

All galleries are edited and print ready.  Delivery of online gallery is 3-4 weeks. All images in your gallery are inclusive of the session.

*Newborn sessions are delivered 4-6 weeks from photoshoot date.

For all other photo sessions: births, first 48, birthdays, 1st birthday smash cake sessions, headshots, promotions, graduation, mini family sessions (seasonal) etc. Please contact us for specific pricing. 

There are no deposit refunds for no shows or cancelations.

For mini seasonal sessions there are no refunds for no shows and cancelations. However, the payment for the mini session may go towards a full 60-minute session or a 30-minute session scheduled at a later date.  

All photoshoots have an allotted time based on what is booked. If you arrive 15 minutes late for a 30-minute shoot, you will only have the remaining 15 minutes for your shoot. We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled photoshoot.  

The photographs produced by CALI+HI PHOTOGRAPHY are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without CALI+HI PHOTOGRAPHY'S explicit written permission.

CALI+HI PHOTOGRAPHY grants the CLIENT permission to share the images on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites as long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to CALI+HI PHOTOGRAPHY. The CLIENT must obtain written permission from CALI+HI PHOTOGRAPHY prior to publishing or selling the photographs.  

The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the CALI+HI PHOTOGRAPHY.

CALI+HI PHOTOGRAPHY is not liable to deliver every image taken during the photo session. The determination of images delivered to the CLIENT is left to the discretion of CALI+HI PHOTOGRAPHY. 

The CLIENT hereby assigns CALI+HI PHOTOGRAPHY the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, social media, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction.  The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images.

For example, you may see a sneak peek of your photo session on social media before your gallery has been delivered.  This is our way of advertising our products. We have the right to do so because we own the rights of the photographs. If you DO NOT want your photographs shared and/or posted on social media, you have the option of buying limited rights to the photographs.
